Accounts & Operations Administrator

Full-Time Salary: €14,500 – €17,500 gross per annum, depending on experience
Full-Time (40 hours) / Reduced Hours (32 hours) | Qormi, Malta

LINEA Studio, from the team behind Symphony House, is an interiors and home décor business currently expanding with the launch of our online retail store.

We are looking for an Accounts & Operations Administrator for a varied, hands-on role covering bookkeeping, inventory, customer orders and general business operations.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and preparing accounting records and documentation
Managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups
Processing and coordinating online and in-store orders
Managing inventory and stock records, including incoming goods, stock movements and stock monitoring
Updating products, pricing and information across our website and internal systems
Following up orders with local and international suppliers, and coordinating deliveries, collections and order fulfilment
Assisting with general administration and supporting the day-to-day operations
Preparing and organising products and customer orders
Liaising with clients, suppliers, couriers and other service providers

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping
Minimum A-Level standard, MCAST Diploma or equivalent (MQF Level 3/4)
Experience in inventory and stock management would be considered a strong advantage, although it is not essential
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Well-organised, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities effectively
Accurate and attentive when working with numbers, orders and stock
Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers and service providers
Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Fluent in written and spoken English
In possession of a valid driving licence and own vehicle

Experience in retail and/or e-commerce systems would be considered an additional advantage.

What We Offer

We understand that flexibility matters. While this is primarily a full-time position, we are also open to considering a 32-hour working week for the right candidate, with remuneration adjusted accordingly.
